Hi, I do photo research for “Reason” a monthly print magazine (also online at http://www.reason.com). I am trying to locate a hi-res 300dpi scan of any photo of a “Turing machine” – not the Enigma or Bombe but what I believe is a mathematical device and considered by many to be the first computer (on paper). We would like to use the mage to accompany an article/review. I was googling and came across your site and am trying anything I can to locate an image. Or, alternately, if you might know of someone I could contact for this (I’ve tried the Computer Museum in Menlo Park but haven’t heard back yet). Thanks for any help you can provide.
